Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are made-to-order. Orders are usually processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Transit time

  • All orders ship from mainland China. Generally, orders are in transit for 7-20 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations if the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.

Returns Policy

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will accept a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be reported as damaged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide photo evidence of the damage when requesting a return.

We do not accept returns/refunds for any other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference).

How to request a return

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so at your own expense.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
